Site Engineer (Civil)
Oversees day-to-day activity at our ready mix concrete pouring sites, coordinating with client site teams to keep delivery and placement on schedule.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Prior experience on RMC or construction sites preferred
- Comfortable coordinating directly with client site engineers
- Willing to travel between plant and delivery sites around Kolkata
Sales Executive
Drives day-to-day RMC orders from builders, contractors and individual customers, and manages ongoing client relationships.
Requirements
- Prior B2B/B2C sales experience; construction materials background preferred
- Strong negotiation and client follow-up skills
- Good working knowledge of the Kolkata construction market
- Own transport preferred
QA-QC Engineer
Works in our lab and at the batching plant to design concrete mixes to client specification and verify quality at every stage of production.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Concrete Technology
- Hands-on experience with mix design and material testing
- Familiarity with IS codes for ready mix concrete
- Detail-oriented with good documentation habits
Batching Plant Operator
Operates and monitors our automated batching plant, ensuring correct mix ratios and consistent output for every batch produced.
Requirements
- Prior experience operating a concrete batching or similar industrial plant
- Basic technical/ITI qualification preferred
- Comfortable working shifts, including early starts for site deliveries
- Reliable and safety-conscious on the plant floor
